My name is Timothy Saltzer, I am a 17 year old Life Scout and over the next year I will be leading a group of people to construct a 28’ by 44’ pavilion. Ever since I have thought about being an Eagle scout I have wanted to do a larger than average project, but I was not sure what that big project would be. I came up with the idea of a pavilion during a church picnic when I realized that while the church has a great deal of indoor facilities, they do not have many things to offer outdoors.
